Goodbye Expo, hello Suntec!

Expo Hall 8. This place has always been kinda like a home for me for the past 4 years in CHC! I've made so many new friends, had many fond memories and had lots of encounters with God. I remember the first time when I stepped into hall 8, I was dumbfounded by what I saw! I thought I came into a concert instead of a church! HAHA!

Everyone has their own little stories to tell about Expo Hall 8. That was the place where friends were made, families were reconciled and where dreams were realized. I'll never forget those days ever — especially the days when I rushed there just to book seats!

Shaking off all discouragement. Because a new arc has begun! SUNTEC CITY IN 2 WEEKS!

In the rain

I don't know about you but I love the rain. I want to just walk down the street with an umbrella on hand, music in my ears and thoughts to ponder about. And to just simply observe the surrounding, the environment and the people around. I love the rain, maybe it's just because I know that there will be rainbows after the rain.

Love and Other Drugs is so awesome! Alright, so you might think it's kinda weird. Yes, I do love chick flicks! I really do! I'll give it a 7/10

127 Hours

This is a story of Aron Ralston, getting trapped in the Blue John Canyon for 127 hours and finally cutting off his arm in order to escape death.

Have you ever had the practice of listening to your own music and traveling around on your own? It's a different experience, it's just you, your thoughts and your decisions. Traveling alone heightens the experience of solitude, being alone with your own thoughts. Somehow, I kinda like the feeling of just being in solitude and you can sometimes experience and see things that you never ever will.

Imagine you were trapped in the Blue John Canyon for 127 hours. How much will you miss your loved ones? What would your last words be? How desperate will you get? Near death experiences could change someone's life but never wait until it's too late to start appreciating and loving the people around you.

My Movie Rating: 8/10

Have you ever had this unexplainable feeling when you stare into the night sky that's filled with stars? The mysterious dark sky suddenly made me felt as if there is something bigger than me. I love this feeling. This feeling that makes me believe that there's more to life — a future of unimaginable miracles and breakthroughs.

I feel that the moon and stars are so beautiful that I could gaze into the night sky filled with stars for hours. How about you?

My parents

My parents have been quarreling forever and they had a big one on the 13th Feb. But it came to my surprise that they came home last night together! My dad even called to tell me to cook and he's gonna go meet mum. I was overjoyed! Thus, this explains my previous post.

Even though things are gonna get tough because of the many things that are coming up (I'm moving house!), I believe that God will make a way.

Ps: Parents must never ever involve their children in their quarrels.

Chinese New Year 2011

Time flies! It's already CNY 2011. I'm so happy that I can finally have a good reunion together with my family and friends! I really miss all of them. I've been speeding through the whole time because of school and I found out that I've neglected many things.

Time to slow down and spend more quality time with my family and friends.
