The unconditional love.

During this week I went to my Grandma's place to take photos of her making the kuehs.
It has been a long time since I last visited her and spending quality time with her.

She is still as loving as before, as caring. She immediately agreed without having any second thoughts when I asked if she can make Kueh while I take photos. I am very grateful that she could help me with my project.

I'm glad that everything was going on well as planned.
When my brother came along to visit her too, she immediately cooked a bowl of porridge for him. This is what I call unconditional love!

Despite her age, despite being weak and tired, she served our needs immediately. Not that she did not do this the last time but it is because she did it ALWAYS!

When I was still in kindergarden, she would often buy sweets for me to share with my classmates. After school, despite me being unreasonable and noisy, she would buy me an Apple Pie from McDonalds' and walk back home with me without complaining.

God is good. He is also very loving, his unconditional love can never be taken away. I pray that my Grandma's health would improve and I hope she would live a little longer.

My biggest wish for now is to see my Grandma getting to know God. Hopefully she would be open. I can't imagine how did she survive everyday living alone in an apartment all by herself.

Small things like serving people's needs, the smallest details can already speak a thousand words describing how loving you are, how caring you are, that if you would go the extra mile for people.

Talking about extra mile, few years ago my Grandma made Rice Dumpings for the whole family including my cousins. She would carry the Rice dumpings from her place all the way to my place then to my cousin's. It might sound easy and it is a piece of cake for you and me, as young people. But it is not easy for her. She walked the extra mile to visit us and give us the Rice dumpings.

She made it and send it to us was an extra mile for her. I said to myself and remind myself to visit as often as I can, whenever I can, be it that I have to play less, sleep less, sacrificing my sleep or even spending more money. I want to go the extra mile for her, for people just like God's unconditional love for all of us.

So people, give our best, we have only one life to live. Live it to the fullest!

18th ~ 19th October

Yep! 18th of October!
It's Han Yong's Birthday! (*≧▽≦)

We had a great time having a night operation on him at approximately 11:30pm on 18th.
It was super funny when we smashed the cake into his face!!! O(≧∇≦)O

Thanks to Samuel that helped us and updating where exactly Han Yong was hehe.
The smile on Han Yong's face made our day worth waiting for and sleeping late.

Eventhough it was late, we all managed to surprise him at night when he thought that we are not doing anything for him.
We purposely did not sms him or called him up to wish him Happy Birthday and surprised him in the night when he was walking home, after celebrating with his CG, thinking that we've all forgotten about it.

We all had a great laugh when his face was full of cream hehehe..
Luckily Hikaru's cam was alright because when he smashed the cake into Hanyong's face, the cake splat into his cam. Phew!

More than the waiting, burning time, spending money, sleeping late, waking up early, not enough sleep, more than the extra mile! Han Yong's smile was the thing that we all wished to see. His smile certainly made my day worth while, certainly made the guys' day worth while too.

I'm looking forward to the upcoming HIKARU's birthday!
Hikaru, watch out! hehe.

Anyway, Sunday's sermon was SUPERB.
Seriously, it's out of the world!

Few things that I've learnt: -
I have to pray specific prayers!
I have to speak! Confess what I want!
I have to meditate upon verses!
I have to be FOCUSED!
I have to THINK!

Yep. You know what? Waters do have feelings too!

Feelings, thoughts, verbal languages do affect our surroundings.
Water, Rice and people.

Humans are made up of 70% water, so in other words, when we think good about that person, when we say good things about that person, when we feel good about the person, he or she would eventually have good personality!

When we think positively about situations that we are in, eventually it would turn out better than expected. Indeed, God is creative!

Its so mysterious yet amazing to see how things works around us and it would even be affected by our feelings, thoughts and words!

Yep! I believe, I know, I will do well for my ISP. I will get good grades. I will definately do better than expected.

I Believe!

Can't wait.

I just can't wait for this Sunday's sermon!
Pastor Kong promised that it would be a SUPERB and EXCITING one.
Previously he talked about seeing God as Elohim, creative God or God Almighty rather than always just seeing him as one perspective - Jehovah, our restorer and redeemer.

Lets return back to the beginning where we can really relate to Elohim rather than just becoming a passive Christian seeing God only as our savior.

This Friday's CG was superb. I really felt that I ought to trust in him and believe that I will do well in NAFA.
Just like in the morning, when I was losing confidence in my 3D work.
BUT! In the afternoon I got B+ for it!

I believe it is because the day before I really prayed about it.
I'm believing in God that the upcoming building fund I would really pledge a good amount and believe that I will be able to do well in NAFA!

Can't wait for ISP to come and go ASAP!
Can't wait to see my Grand Ma!
Can't wait for Asia Conf and upcoming Bling² ET Zone event!
Can't wait for the upcoming Morning Prayer meetings!
Can't wait for Christmas event!
Can't wait to see further breakthroughs!
Can't wait.

I just can't wait.

Here is what I've done for my Design Elements!
Its hand drawn! Not computer work!

The Mind Is The Journey

Yep. The Mind Is The Journey is my semester project!
Every Design and Media students have to do ANYTHING that must include a process and journey. We can do it with anything! However, we must include our final product in a package that we have to do ourselves which must be within the size of A2.

Eg. You want to do about baking a oreo chocolate fudge ice-cream cake (YUMMY).
You have to include the process of why and how you have decided to make it, gathering the ingredients, your experience while trying to mix the ingredients, experience of how you bake, give samples of some of the ingredients that you've used and finally a picture of the final product you've done - The Oreo-chocolate-fudge-ice-cream-cake picture!

Compile everything into a package designed by you! Make sure everything is neat and tidy for the judge to see.

Hmm, been thinking about it. I've decided to do about my Grand Ma's life.
Why? I thought it would be interesting and touching to see how my grand ma lead her life currently. She would often make stuffs out of beads and strings or even cut out a pair of jeans and make it into a bag!

That is what she do when she is bored. I hope I can capture footages of how she interact with her friends in the nearby Community Club.
And I hope that I could see volunteers coming to help my granny! That would be awesome! Also picking up some materials that she used to make her stuff and making the Ang Gu Kueh and Peng Kueh.

I hope I can really do this really really good! I want to achieve good results! I believe!
Oh yeah, I can also take this opportunity to visit her since it has been quite some time the last time I visited her. I can't wait for the weekend to come! I can't wait to see her!

LOVE YOUR GRANDMA IF SHE IS STILL ALIVE!!!

Project: The mind is the journey.

I CAN DO IT!!!
